Extensive renovations have been carried out to the Spa by Clarins at Royal Palm. Facilities include 11 single cabins, 3 double cabins (2 with whirlpool baths, 1 with hammam), 1 balneotherapy room, 2 saunas, 2 hammams, 4 private hair and beauty salons, a yoga pavilion and a health bar. A special area is devoted to Ayurvedic treatments originating in India and now administered in Mauritius by specially trained therapists.
The design blends indoor and outdoor spaces centred on a main pool surrounded by a spacious sun deck. Natural materials including lava stone, granite, wood and slate connect with the environment while providing a strong visual statement. Set amidst lush vegetation and sparkling water features, all cabins open onto private patios set in walled gardens.
