This Gold Class tour runs from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth and is 3 nights/4 days.

Itinery

Day 1

Depart Cape Town via Du Toit's Kloof Pass to Worcester and traverse the famous Route 62 passing through Montagu to the town of Robertson. Visit the towns of Barrydale and Calitzdorp where the true diversity of landscapes is highlighted through the ever-changing semi-desert areas to your luxurious hotel in Oudtshoorn. The remainder of the afternoon is spent visiting the Cango Caves for a fully guided tour. After returning to the hotel, enjoy a hearty dinner served in the elegant dining room famous for its ostrich fare and fine wines.

Day 2

After breakfast, visit a local ostrich farm. Time permitting, an optional extra tour of the Crocodile and Cheetah Park is available. Leaving Oudtshoorn, continue over the Outeniqua Pass to George. Enjoy a scenic drive via Dolphin Point to Wilderness and Knysna. Enter the 'Oyster Capital' and enjoy the spectacular views from your hotel. A superb dinner will be served in the dining room.

Day 3

After breakfast, depart on a fascinating ocean safari adventure where whales, dolphins, penguins and seals can be seen in their natural habitat (weather and sea conditions permitting). After lunch (not included) enjoy a lazy afternoon at the hotel soaking up the sun around the pool or enjoy a game of golf on the resort's world famous golf course (not included).

An optional excursion into Knysna is available.

Day 4

Departing Knysna, travel along the Garden Route to Nature’s Valley and enjoy a short stroll on the beach. Attractions include the Tsitsikamma Forest area, the Big Tree, and the scenic Storms River Mouth.

The tour ends with a late afternoon drop off at your hotel or Port Elizabeth Airport.
