Located in the Sabi Sand on 18 000 hectares (45 000 acres) of private land in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on the western border of the Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga province, South Africa.
Accommodation and facilities
Twelve luxurious suites, two of which have 2 bedrooms and convert to family suites, accommodate up to 24 guests. Luxury suites consist of sumptuous bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, an expansive living area with double-sided fireplace, mini-bar and fridge and private wooden leisure decks with a private heated plunge pool. All suites are air-conditioned and also offer the option of ceiling fans. Rooms have direct dial telephones.
The library has two computers and direct internet links. The main lodge has a lounge and timber deck dining areas overlooking the Sand River, a bar area and traditional open boma, gymnasium, health spa, library, swimming pool and wine cellar.
Activities and game viewing
Twice daily game drives with professional guides and trackers, guided safari walks on request, mountain biking and archery. Services offered at Singita Ebony Lodge include:
